BLUETOOTH DIGITAL MULTIMETER.

Digital Multimeter (DMM):- It’s a device which is used to measure the physical quantities used in electrical and electronics industries today.Digital 

multimeters long ago replaced needle-based analog meters due to their ability to measure with greater accuracy, reliability and increased impedance. Fluke introduced its first digital multimeter in 1977.

However, using integrated circuit technology most DMMs are able to measure additional test parameters which include:-

·         Capacitance

·         Temperature

·         Frequency

·         Transistors test (Base, emitter, collector, biasing etc.)

·         Continuity(buzzer)

Bluetooth Digital Multimeter is a digital multimeter having bluetooth attached to it for displaying the output to the external devices such as a smartphone, a tablet etc. Before understanding this, first let’s know about the digital multimeter.

Here’s the change now, you can imagine that what if we connect a ‘Bluetooth’ to the DMM to route its output to display it on another device .Isn’t it amazing?

DMMs can be connected to or can be interfaced to android and iPhone though various apps provided by the manufacturers and hence the output is interfaced to the users phone(gadget) for their desired functionality .

We can find its application on many places such as if we are working on any object whose values are changing continuously and we want to measure it without touching it then simply we can synchronize our  DMM to Bluetooth and measure the desired quantity.
